LuxPath Consulting Srl was founded by Dr. Carlo Iannicola in 2024. Carlo, a Biological Sciences doctor from the University of Rome, spent about 10 years doing basic research in Molecular and Human Genetics at institutions such as University of California, San Francisco, and Stanford University. After joining the industry, he has covered several leadership positions at Ventana Medical Systems and Roche Diagnostics over the space of 22 years.

He has a passion for organisational culture, being convinced that “culture eats strategy for breakfast” and having seen many teams underperform because of team dynamics and behaviour. Carlo has developed a series of Coaching workshops that help leaders, teams or organisations overcome these limitations.

His extensive experience in the Diagnostics business has also helped him set up multifunctional international teams, an exciting part of LuxPath’s portfolio of services. Companies with interest in expanding their business into Europe are relying increasingly on LuxPath’s expertise for customer relations, team creation and business planning.
